Delete Your Bitbead Account

Last updated: May 19, 2026. This page explains how Bitbead users can request account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

Email hi@pomodiary.com from the email address on your Bitbead account with the subject "Delete my Bitbead account".

Include your Bitbead account email and tell us whether you want the full account deleted or only specific cloud data removed.

We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deleting data.

Data deleted

For a full account deletion request, Bitbead deletes or anonymizes your account profile, sign-in sessions, saved cloud patterns, private project data, and public library submissions associated with your account.

Published public patterns may be removed or unpublished so they are no longer visible in the public library.

Data retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, billing, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.

Payment providers such as Google Play or Stripe may retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Aggregate analytics that no longer identify a user may be retained.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verifying the account, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate security needs.
